Paint
I made this picture on paint, because because without music, I would be brain dead, boring, and a lot of other things that I really don’t want to be. People from my class, please vote for mine!!!!! (=-( =-)

Freedom
I feel really lucky to have this much freedom. I love living in America, because a lot of other countries don’t have as much freedom as us. Take Iran, for example. They just got access back to Facebook and Twitter. We have a lot of rights. ‘Cuz I’m proud to be am American!
Hopes
I really hope that I get to go to Florida. My family’s been planning this trip for a really long time. I’m afraid that we won’t be able to go because we’re a really busy family. We have had a hard time finding a place in all of our schedules. We finally decided to go at the end of June. I’m soooooo excited to go to the beach, though!
Challenge 12
These challenges have made me realize that people are doing the same thing around the world. (Not ALL the same things, of course). I have talked to people from everywhere. Australia, New Zealand, Tasmania, and other places. I would take part in another challenge because I might meet more people and/or learn something else about my blog that I can do. I didn’t know blogging was this fun.
National Volunteer Week
This week in Australia is National Volunteer Week. Even though I don’t live there, here’s some information about it. Volunteers contribute more than 700 million hours of volunteer work for many charities, many of which would never survive if it weren’t for National Volunteer Week. A few charities are heritage and arts, environment conservation, and emergency services. I think it would be cool if the U.S. became a part of National Volunteer Week. I think it would really bring a lot of people together. To learn more about National Volunteer Week, click on this link.
Almost Finished Response
This year has been a good year. It hasn’t been too hard on homework and I have a lot of good friends and teachers. I thought that there would be more homework, but (luckily) I was wrong. I’m going to miss first lunch. Next year we have last lunch. I’m’ also going to miss my teachers. I had a lot of good ones this year. I’m not really sure what to expect next year.
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle
To reduce, reuse, and, recycle, (I also try to reserve as much as possible) I use a full peice of paper before getting a new one. For example, in math class, I don’t get a new piece of paper every time we do homework. If there’s still room on another sheet, I use it, then go to the back. We recently got a recycling bin after I convinced my parents to. We now recycle newspaper, paper, bottles, cans, used milk cartons, and more. My new project is a compost pile. I’m trying to get my family completely green one thing at a time.
My Hero
My hero is Abraham Lincoln. He’s my hero because he was a white man who took a stand for the slaves. He didn’t just say that he was going to do something, he got up and did it. He said what he thought needed changing, and then tried (and succeeded) to do it. Abe Lincoln changed the U.S.A. With the help of the Unions, of course. Inventing
I like inventing. I mostly invent things that would help the environment. None of my inventions are all that good, though. They’re just far off ideas. One of those ideas is fueling lawn mowers with grass. It would make your grass shavings go to use, and save the Earth at the same time.
